1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders typically require 5-10 business days for processing and production after confirmation and deposit receipt. This timeframe allows for quality control and careful packing.

  • Custom/Rush Orders: For customized items or rush orders, a specific production timeline will be provided and confirmed before order confirmation. We will always communicate clearly if any delays are anticipated.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable international shipping carriers to offer flexible and cost-effective solutions. The primary methods include:

  • Express Courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS):

    • Best for: Samples, small and urgent packages.

    • Advantages: Door-to-door service, fast transit times (typically 3-7 business days), full online tracking.

  • Air Freight:

    • Best for: Medium to large orders that require faster delivery than sea freight.

    • Advantages: Balance of speed and cost, suitable for palletized goods. Transit times are typically 7-14 business days.

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL):

    • Best for: Large volume orders, full container loads, and cost-effective bulk shipping.

    • Advantages: Most economical method for heavy shipments.

    • Disadvantages: Longer transit times (varies by destination port, e.g., 20-45 days). We handle the documentation and can deliver to your nearest port.

The most suitable shipping method will be quoted and agreed upon during the order confirmation process.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volumetric dimensions.

  • Chosen shipping method.

  • Destination country.

A detailed shipping quote will be provided before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in the proforma invoice (PI).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with:

  • The tracking number.

  • A link to the carrier’s website for real-time tracking.

  • The Bill of Lading (for sea freight) or Air Waybill (for air freight) documents.

You will be able to monitor your shipment’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • The buyer (importer of record) is responsible for all customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and related fees in the destination country.

  • We ensure all commercial invoices and packing lists are accurately completed to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.

  • Please check with your local customs authority to understand the specific regulations and costs for importing garments.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For large orders, we recommend providing a business address for receipt.
